Deep respect for the environment, key teaching post Covid-19

There are many lessons to be learned from the Covid-19 pandemic. Lessons and learning that affect us, either individually or to the population in general. As is unfortunately often the case with humankind, we have very short memory and must strive to avoid forgetting everything we have suffered, and continue to suffer, during this crisis, in order to put these valuable lessons into practice in our near future.

One of the main teachings is to care, pamper, respect and work for the defence of the environment. In this task, the environmental education of each and every one of us takes on special relevance. We are not spared from being one generation or another. It is an obligation for all.

Concepts such as emissions and waste reduction, energy efficiency, responsible consumption and sustainable mobility have also come to stay.  Although the Covid-19 crisis is a health crisis, the prospect of a climate crisis is just around the corner.

Likewise, cities are also in the strict scope of this care, in the sense of reducing their air pollution levels and betting on people recovering many of their spaces.

In short, it is a matter of being very aware of the need to watch over & protect our planet together, because by protecting it, we will be protecting ourselves and our children.
